Construction management at-risk services for the renovation of the 62,482 SF assisted living facility that houses 100 residents in 87 apartments. During construction, residents remained on the premises, which required design and coordination of a phase structure to accommodate the needs of the residents within their living environment.

The scope of work included extensive refurbishing work to the facade, roof, security and fire alarm systems, heating and cooling systems, and the common space interior finish. Additional upgrades to the salon, café, sunrooms, library, gift shop, exterior landscaping, courtyards, walking paths, planting areas, and ponds were also included in this project. Due to the improved accessibility and ambiance, the client has received a notable increase in prospective residents.
