Pike has vast experience with the United States Green Building Council’s LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification process. Pike drives the documentation process and ensures timely, accurate recording of the additional layer of reporting and documentation of information associated with the LEED certification process.

The Pike Company has LEED Accredited Professionals in its project management, estimating and site disciplines who are experienced in all LEED processes and procedures. Additionally, all employees are trained in green building practices, with particular focus on the LEED certification process.
