Center for Urban Entrepreneurship Renovations, Rochester Institute of Technology

Pike provided general construction services for the renovation of the Center for Urban Entrepreneurship for the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Pike renovated this 51,000 SF historical landmark building, the former Rochester Savings Bank in downtown Rochester, New York. Work to the existing building created office space, conference rooms and a business center. The scope of work included general demolition, asbestos abatement, carpentry, finishes and mechanical and electrical work. The renovations also included waterproofing and recalling to correct existing conditions.
