Pike served as the construction manager (at risk) for Noyes Memorial Hospital Dansville Cancer Center. The main project included the addition of a radiation oncology unit with one linear accelerator vaults, approximately 4,400 SF, and a medical oncology unit, approximately 900 SF. Both of these units included renovations of the existing space, 2,300 SF each.

Additional scope of work included associated sitework, utility relocation, and additional asphalt parking area. The enabling project included physical therapy and ultrasound fit-out, approximately 3,500 SF.
