Emeritus at Long Cove Pointe

Pike provided construction management at risk services for the new 59,500 SFassisted living facility. Construction consists of CMU foundations, wood framing, hardi-plank siding, brick veneer and vinyl windows. The site has custom landscaping, large retaining wall and a “wandering garden” for the memory care residents. The building has 81 resident rooms, 20 of which will be devoted to memory care residents. Additional space includes several offices, multi-purpose rooms, lounges, a large dining room, and full commercial-style kitchen.
