Emeritus at Vestal Hills

Pike provided construction management at risk services for a new stand-alone assisted living facility for Emeriweg Vestal, LLC, a partnership of Emeritus Corporation and Wegman Companies. The project provided a 33,000 SF new building consisting of CMU foundations, wood framing, vinyl siding, stone veneer and vinyl windows. The site consists of custom landscaping, a large retaining wall and a “wandering garden” for the memory care residents. The building hosts 45 memory care resident rooms, several office and multi-purpose rooms, lounges, a large dining room and a full commercial style kitchen.
