Pike provided construction services for the Yellowstone Explorer Cabin project. The Yellowstone Explorer Cabin project consists of 50 prefabricated luxury cabins that were positioned on a small, undeveloped parcel of land on the southern edge of town.

All 50 cabins had to be set and operational within 3 months to ensure that visitors reservations could be honored for the official July 4th opening of the park.  Pike was hired as the Construction Manager.  Pike’s scope of work included the installation of all underground utilities to the cabins, the foundations on which they were set, asphalt paths and driveways, and the hardscape and landscape features that accentuate the remarkable aesthetics present throughout the area.  A food service building was also constructed by Pike which serves the cabins and other nearby hotels.
