Five Star Bank relocated their regional offices to downtown Rochester, New York into the former HSBC Plaza, renamed Five Star Bank Plaza. Pike provided construction management services for the renovation of the building, approximately 70,000 SF, to accommodate the move.

Renovations were done to five floors total, including the basement, the first floor and floors 13, 14, and 15. Renovation work included new training rooms, a computer server room, conference rooms, office, and modular spaces. Works was also inclusive of a new bank branch.
