The Pike Company provided design-build services for a three-story, 64,782 SF addition to the existing Seneca Building in downtown Rochester, New York.

The first two floors are being leased by Gannett. Pike also completed the interior fit out. The building included caisson work, foundations, structural steel, brick veneer and rock cast, large window walls, roofing, elevators, drywall and metal studs as well as MEPs. The Pike Company self-performed concrete and masonry work on the project. Building Information Modeling (BIM) was used for mechanical and as-built work.
