Genesee Brew House
Pike provided design-build services for the renovation of the existing 16,000 SF facility into the new Genesee Brew House located in Rochester, New York. Renovations included the total gut of the existing utilities and finishes including the demolition of an existing elevator as well as sand blasting of walls back to brick. The renovation utilized the existing structure maintaining the historic architectural features.
The project consisted of the conversion of an old warehouse into a new facility. Pike rebuilt the space into a 4,000 SF museum/retail location, a 4,000 SF bar and restaurant, and a 3,500 SF micro brewery. Special features include a tasting bar, second floor terrace, as well as a roof top terrace overlooking the Genesee River Hall Falls, and a new four stop elevator with supporting stair tower.
On this project, The Pike Company self-performed concrete, masonry, and metal stud drywall.
