Pike provided general construction services for the new Marriott Courtyard Hotel located in Lake George, New York.

The project involved construction of a new 120,000 SF, six-floor, 119 guestroom hotel facility. The hotel includes indoor pool, fitness center and a rooftop patio. The project included design-build MEP services. The building is structural steel up to the 2nd floor and structural light gauge steel framing for the remaining floors.
