Pike provided general construction services for the construction of approximately 3,500 SF of class 100 cleanroom space with a raised flooring system, 950 SF of class 100 gowning area with a raised flooring system, 500 SF of class 10 cleanroom with a raised flooring system, 4,750 SF of testing area, and 525 SF of storage.

Two mechanical rooms service the cleanroom spaces. Scope of work also included a new hallway with viewing windows on the West exterior of the cleanrooms for potential customers to observe the room’s finishes and production inside the cleanroom.
