Park Ridge Living Center

Pike provided construction management services for additions and renovations to the Park Ridge Living Center. The project additions consisted of a new 23,000 SF, 40-bed transitional care unit located adjacent the existing nursing home facility and four new 10,000 square foot, 20-bed, freestanding duplex cottage units along the western portion of the Park Ridge campus.  A new central utility plant was constructed to support the four cottage units while existing services were extended thru the existing nursing home to support the transitional care unit.
