The Pike Company provided construction services for the new construction of a parking garage at Rochester’s College Town.

This new six-story, 518,000 SF precast parking garage contains 1,586 parking spaces, including 948 spaces for University of Rochester use. Work performed included all scopes as well as MEPs to 5’ outside of the building. The Pike Company self-performed the concrete foundations, flatwork, and concrete washes on the parking garage.
