Pike provided general construction services for sitework, foundations, and underground construction associated with the New Haven Peaking Project, an electric generating peaking facility at PSEG’s New Haven Harbor station.

As general contractor, Pike’s scope of work included all earthwork, dewatering, storm water piping, mechanical underground piping, electrical duct bank and concrete foundations on the 400’ x 700’ site. The project was constructed in two phases: Phase 1 Site Services Package, and Phase 2 “Site Development,” which included roads and landscaping.
