The Pike Company in Association with LaBella Associates is providing design-build services for the New York State Department of Transportation’s new railroad Station. The project consists of design-build services for the demolition of the Rochester Amtrak Station and the construction of the new Rochester Station and railroad track and platform improvements at Rochester Station. The Project is located in the City of Rochester, Monroe County, New York. The new Rochester Train Station includes:

• Ticket Office with office space, locker room, utility room and restrooms for
• Waiting room with seating for approximately 65 customers passengers
• Passenger Male and female restrooms
• Janitor’s closet
• Mechanical room
• Electrical room
• Passenger Baggage storage, Baggage cart storage, Loading dock and storage space
• Vending machine space
• Elevator(s) and escalator(s)
• Retail space
