General construction services for construction of a four level, three deck parking garage with 454 spaces. To accommodate the busy track season,  the project team was able to complete construction in five months from groundbreaking to the soft opening of three of the four levels as contracted, with the total project completed in 7 months.

Precast concrete construction with a creative design and site utilization allowed for a future on-site expansion of approximately 150 parking spaces if needed. Energy efficient LED lighting was also installed. The design blends in with the surrounding historic Saratoga architecture by using a brick façade, decorative cornice, and a roofline which resembles historic city landmarks. During construction, access to surrounding businesses and roadways was preserved.
