Pike provided construction management at risk services for the new Seneca Art and Culture Center at Ganondagan.

The new art & culture center is an 18,000 SF, single story, wood framed and wood cedar siding building. The building contains strip footing and foundations walls, interior wood framed load bearing and shear walls. There are two separate mechanical rooms with air handling units and VAV mechanical system.

The new Seneca Art and Culture Center includes a wood floored auditorium with retractable seating, projection screen, exhibits, classroom space and reception area.
