Pike provided design-build services for the renovation of existing space within the NFN building for a new, first of its kind 200mm silicon-carbide research and development line, consistent with SUNY Poly program needs.

The project involved the renovation of the existing space within the NanoFab South building, in addition to infrastructure upgrades to meet the necessary tooling utility matrix. The project also includes disconnection, decontamination, rigging, and transportation of existing tooling to various locations.
