SUNY Fredonia Science & Technology Building

Pike provided general construction services for a 99,480 SF new science and technology building on the SUNY Fredonia campus.

The new three-story building includes a basement and penthouse, laboratories, classrooms and offices. The project included minor renovations to two floors of the existing Houghton Hall at the new building interface. Work also included a greenhouse alternate with associated connector including slab on grade, masonry kneewalls, a glass and aluminum structure and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services to serve both the greenhouse and the connector. This project was built to receive LEED Silver certification.
