Pike provided general construction services for the mall’s parking terrace.

This project consisted of constructing one new, seven-story 1,617 space precast concrete parking garage and one new precast concrete express ramp. Work included demolition, piles, shoring, caissons, excavation, stone fill, furnishing and erecting precast concrete structures, cast in place concrete, misc. steel, railing, electrical, drainage piping, signage and finishes.
