Pike provided general construction services for a new 146,300 SF, five-story, clinical cancer center. This addition connects the existing eight-story university hospital and an existing two-story regional cancer center in Syracuse, New York.

Renovation of the west wing of the basement level of the existing university hospital building provides appropriate exiting upon elimination of the exterior at the north wall of the basement. The addition includes a new two-story mechanical suite along with the installation of two green roof areas.

The project was built to LEED Silver certification.
