Pike provided construction management at risk services for the renovation of the Vent Fitness facility located in Guilderland, New York.

The first phase was complete with a new state-of-the-art workout facility inclusive of 100 new cardio machines, free weight equipment, tanning booths, locker rooms, oxygen bar, childcare facilities and cardio theatre. The gym is fully loaded and equipped with the latest trends in training. The “Ride” room and “Strike” zone allow customers to experience cycling through other countries or go through a MMA inspired workout.

The membership area was relocated into the finished space while phase two was under construction. During phase one the design changed several times. Pike worked closely with the owner, architect, interior designer and subcontractors to accommodate the changes and still successfully complete the 22,000 SF space on schedule.

The second phase consisted of renovating the 23,000 SF of the former gym space. The new area contains a rock climbing wall, full size basketball court, interior in-ground Olympic size swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, party room and a multi-level spinning studio.
