Pike provided construction management and general construction services for the construction of the expansion and renovations to the existing power plant.

The power plant project expansion consisted of the following major components: 5,800 SF addition to the existing plant and modification of the existing fire house to an operations office facility, Solar 50 5MW Gas Fired Turbine Generator with foundations for an additional two units, Heat Recover Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Gas Compressor, Lot Balance of Plant Piping Systems, Lot Electrical Systems Equipment and Controls, New Control Room, and standardization with the existing operating equipment.
