Woodland Pond at New Paltz

The Pike Company provided construction management at risk services for a 344,565 SF senior living community. The project was constructed on 83 wooded acres in the village of New Paltz. The facility consists of a 177-unit independent living building, 96 assisted living units, a 40-unit health care facility and 24 single story cottage units.

The 40,000 SF community building contains a pool, spa, informal and formal dining, and many other residential amenities, including banking, a fitness center, salon, billiards room and a post office.

Pike self-performed the site development trades including site clearing, impacted soil remediation, all earth work cut and fills, underground utility installation, and all interior infrastructure development. The site includes wetlands, on-site ponds, walking paths, terraced landscaping and vistas of the Catskill Mountains.
